Portfolio - Farnborough Air Show

We offer years of experience with GRP exterior cladding. One such project was our project for United Technologies and their portable building. Working with renowned architectural company LEA international we manufactured all tooling and products needed for this stunning modular installation.

For this project we used the latest 6 axis CNC technology to create our tooling. Each section is over 3 meters long so provided us with an opportunity to test our engineering capabilities. Every section is is precision crafted, to avoid unsightly join gaps.

We created the GRP Panels to be strong, but lightweight. They can be detached from the underlying steel frame, allowing the building to be completely disassembled. Our GRP exterior cladding allows for striking designs, without compromising on flexibility. The building spent the summer of 2010 touring a selection of aviation shows across Europe.
